What is the minimal duration contract?

There is no contract. The on going coaching is paid monthly and you can cancel anytime. The intensive body transformation is 3 month paid upfront. At the end of it, there is not automatic renewed. 

If after that month you don’t feel it’s the right fit, I’ll refund your first payment.
No questions asked. No hard feelings.

No, and that’s one of the rare cases where I won’t take you on.
If you’re injured, work first with a physio, doctor, or local trainer to recover properly.
Once you’re able to train and do basic movements on your own, I’ll take it from there.

Yes. or at least the basics for an home gym: barbell, squat rack, bench, and pull-up bar.
With ongoing coaching, we might add more equipment like steps or cables—but we’ll decide that together if and when it’s needed.
And don’t worry—if you’re on holiday with no equipment, I’ll still build you a plan.
But for real progress, most of the time, you need the tools.

I Suggest a minimum of 2 training a week.
3-4h maximum a week.

(Intensive body transformation can go up to 6 to 10 training a week. Between strength and interval training.)

We’ll skip anything unnecessary work and focus only on what actually moves you forward.
